Top Indian restaurant Lasan in St. Paul's Square, Birmingham has introduced an exciting and innovative range of vegetarian dishes as part of its new menu.

Vegetarian dishes are an increasingly popular area, reflecting changing customer attitudes and emphasis on healthy eating, particularly as creative cuisine makes them taste even more delicious.

"Vegetarian dishes are an important part of our menu," says manager Jabbar Khan. "Not just for vegetarians, but as a key element of our cutting edge cuisine.
