Birmingham - is due to celebrate its first anniversary on April 16 th with charity food and fashion extravaganza.
The children's charity Acorns will be the main beneficiary of the evening, along with the seventy people who are fortunate enough to get hold of one of the limited number of tickets for the event.
As well as food from Lasan's renowned menu, the evening will feature a fashion show by Sharmari bridal & eveningwear specialist along with award winning hat designer Sharon Morgan as well as live Sitar and Tabla music.
Commenting on the restaurant's first year, manager Jabbar Khan said: "This should be a very special evening as we celebrate what has been a very successful first year. To have achieved so much in so short a time is a testament to the qualities of the people employed here at Lasan."
In just its first year, Lasan has been named as one of the top ten restaurants in Birmingham as well as being named one of the top ten Indian restaurants in the UK by The Independent.
In case that wasn't enough, industry recognition has also been forthcoming for several of Lasan's chefs - in the shape of winning the Authentic Foods of the Year and being a finalist in the International Indian Chef of the Year.
Jabbar Khan concluded: "During the past year, we have succeeded in offering our customers an excellent new eating experience, in elegant surroundings with exceptional service and superb food. As we mark our first anniversary, it seems only right that we put on an event to thank some of our loyal and supportive customers as well as assisting what is a very deserving charity."
