This event was between four top ethnic restaurants in the Midlands competing against each other in a 'blind basket' challenge.
Munayam's talents, however, are not limited to his job. In his spare time, he uses the same passion and drive as a kickboxing champion. He has achieved the rare Black Belt distinction, and he even finds time to train others as an instructor.
"Munayam is a key member of our very talented team," says Restaurant Manager, Jabbar Khan. "His sporting achievements show the same flair, determination and commitment that he devotes to our customers - though luckily he doesn't need to use his kickboxing skills here!"
