Sour mango sauce:
Heat oil – add all above ingredients (except the fish) and cook for 10-12 Minutes. Add 2 cups of cold water and simmer for further 5 minutes.
Once cooked blend the ingredients together to make the sauce.
Sea bass:
Fry fish in pinch of garlic & haldi for 2 minutes. Transfer fish on to a new pan and add sauce and leave to simmer for another 2 minutes.
To serve:
Transfer fish out of the sauce on to serving dish and pour sauce over fish as required. Serve with rice as the best accompaniment.
