RECIPES

SUPREME OF CHICKEN IN MASALA

 


INGREDIENTS

4 Supreme of chicken
4 Onions
2 Cinnamon Sticks
3 ½ Tablespoon Pure Ghee
1 ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Jeera
1 Teaspoon Curry powder
1 Teaspoon Chilli powder

6 Tablespoon Yoghurt
6 Bay leaf
5 Green elachi
2 Teaspoon Haldi
1 ½ Teaspoon Dhaniya
1 Teaspoon Paprika powder
½ Teaspoon ground Javentry
Whole garlic
Whole ginger

METHOD

Chicken:

Marinade chicken with crushed garlic & ginger, yoghurt and haldi.
Cook in oven – Full heat 15 – 20 minutes.

Masala:

Fry ghee – add crushed garlic & ginger, cinnamon sticks, bay leafs. Add finely chopped onions & all spices listed above – Stir well for 20 – 25 minutes

To serve:

Transfer chicken to the masala, stir for 2 minutes add half cup of cold water. Leave to simmer for another 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
Serve with basmati pilau rice or Paratha bread.
