Chicken:
Marinade chicken with crushed garlic & ginger, yoghurt and haldi.
Cook in oven – Full heat 15 – 20 minutes.
Masala:
Fry ghee – add crushed garlic & ginger, cinnamon sticks, bay leafs. Add finely chopped onions & all spices listed above – Stir well for 20 – 25 minutes
To serve:
Transfer chicken to the masala, stir for 2 minutes add half cup of cold water. Leave to simmer for another 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
Serve with basmati pilau rice or Paratha bread.
